This week (08/04/15) the FJBC responded to the AG’s motion to dismiss their case challenging the validity of the water compact vote in the legislature. As you may recall, the suit was filed on the basis that immunity language in the compact required a 2/3 vote in both the Montana House and Senate for passage.
